7 eCommerce tips to make the most of Amazon Prime Day

​The annual shopping event exclusively for Amazon Prime members, called "Amazon Prime Day," has become one of the most critical dates in eCommerce. The 48-hour period allows shoppers to enjoy huge deals and discounts across a whole range of items, including furniture or clothing.
The #1 way to guarantee Prime Day success is by replenishing your FBA inventory. If you use this service, evaluate whether or not it's enough and consider arranging another shipment before the big day! Be mindful of Amazon limits on how much they'll ship per account--don't overstock as this could hurt future sales. Avoid missing out on potential buyers who may end up buying somewhere else.

#2 Back up FBA using FBM
If you've left it too late to replenish your fiber stock or are unsure how well a product will sell, consider utilizing both Prime Day and local sources. In any case, allowing products to go out of stock can considerably lower their ranking on Amazon's website, which may prevent them from being discovered by potential buyers in future auctions/sales volumes.

#3 Increase your Capacity
With this year's Prime Day promising to smash records again, you should get more hands-on-deck when customers need help. The journey doesn't end once they've made their purchase - providing timely delivery and good customer service is just as necessary so that people can continue coming back!

#4 Don't let your old stock sit around for months. Work out the breakeven price and get rid of it before time.

#6 How do you get your product noticed on Amazon? One way is by creating coupons! Coupons allow for a discount, where customers can save money with what they buy. If eligible items have been purchased and fulfilled through another store or website before entering into an offer from you, then those purchases will also count towards eligibility requirements; if claiming one at amazon, THEY MAY BE CLICKED TO BUY AS WELL, SO clicking isn't always necessary- enter in some info about yourself when signing up & wait until someone claims it first.

#7 Today's consumers are smarter than ever and will be aware if you hike prices before an event like Prime Day. They also have browser extensions that give them access to complete historical pricing information, so they can always see what a product was originally priced at as well as any fluctuations in price throughout its lifetime - which could help protect your brand from being cheated by these tactics currently on the rise among businesses today!
